Pricing, liability management, and trading automation built to scale margin without scaling headcount.
Commercial & Marketing
Reversing decline and rebuilding growth across retail, digital, and omni-channel customer experience.

Navigating licensing, regulator relationships, and governance across complex multi-jurisdiction markets.
Operating Model & Design
Aligning structure, governance, and reporting to support scale, simplification, or sale.
Tier 1 & 2 Operators
Sharpening trading margins and operating models for the world's leading sportsbooks — built from the inside, not advised from the outside.
PE & M&A Investors
Independent technical and operational due diligence for sportsbook and gaming acquisitions, from first look to post-deal integration.
B2B Suppliers
Helping technology providers build the product and commercial strategy operators actually buy — informed by two decades on the other side of the table.
Margin Advisory was founded by Andy Wright, a betting and gaming executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across publicly listed, private-equity-backed, and high-growth organisations.
Andy has held CEO and senior executive roles at Tabcorp, Ladbrokes, Betclic Everest Group, Stan James, and FDJ United, leading businesses through transformation, integration, and growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
He played a senior leadership role in two of the industry's most significant transactions — the AUD $12bn Tabcorp–Tatts merger and the €2.3bn FDJ United acquisition of Kindred Group.
Margin Advisory exists to give operators, investors, and suppliers direct access to that experience — independent counsel from someone who has sat in the seat, not just advised from outside it.
